An intoxicating elixir, the chai of the moment. Our organic turmeric chai is fragrant, spicy and completely addictive. Full of strong anti-inflammatory compounds, notably curcumin, turmeric has been embraced for its health sustaining properties by Ayurvedic practitioners for centuries. Perfect on its own or in a creamy latte, before work or after yoga, Canyon Chai is a powerful addition to your wellness regime. Beautiful chai spices include cardamon, smoked black pepper, ginger, fennel seed, cinnamon and clove. A dash of rose petals and calendula add a lovely hit of floral and flourish. (It's a staff favorite.)
Brewing Instructions

- 1 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water
- 195ºF/90ºC (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 1 minute, and proceed.)
- Brew 5-10 minutes
- Good for 2 infusions
